Pros
National Company- 7 nights free ( THATS if you can use them) Great learning experience as you are expected to do everything.
Cons
They only care about bottom line, don't care about guests. Charge the same as the four stars when only given the opportunity to be a two star with the products they have and lack of staff they have. Management expected to work A TON of hours and little pay!!!! NEED TO RAISE THE GM SALARY. GM's in other chains work in offices but in ESA- they are having to clean rooms, do laundry, dishes etc. So doing ALOT MORE.
