Pros
The pay was O.K. since I did not have a college education degree. Don't worry, most of your superiors won't either.
Cons
This company is disorganized and underpays every associate. Fundamentally disorganized, pays no attention to the employee morale, expects managers to do everything without giving proper support to leaders from the inside or outside. Does not offer good jobs at a competitive pay range. Superiors will tell you they are available if you need help, but when you come to them for help they criticize and/or punish you for asking for it. Lower positions are barely competitive in regards to pay, resulting in low morale and a high employee turnover rate.
