No work life balance, over worked and under paid, will cut benefits to employees like 401k match to make sure shareholders get more money. They have cut positions and stacked more job responsibilities to others with no pay increase. Always working alone to save budget but can be super busy for one person unless salary employees over work. Turn over rate is through the roof, only do annual raises at a high of 3%, safety is of high concern, you never really know the dark side of hospitality until you work in it. Company don’t really care about your life, kids or family, the don’t care if you work 7 days a week 13 hour days, no recognition and will just replace you as if you hold no value to them. At the end of the day they only care about paying the share holders.
