      Exciting environment. Surrounded by smart people. Lots of autonomy and interesting work to go around. Good work-life balance. Free lunch.

      A bit hectic at times, with company goals seeming to switch on a dime, but is to be expected in this type of environment.

      Pros

      Great environment. Collaborative. Nice benefits like 6 month paid maternity leave, sabbatical, and stock options. Promotions do seem merit-based.

      Cons

      Career framework is unclear (even after many restructurings) and promotions for entry-level jobs (i.e. scientist or senior scientist) are very difficult to get.
