1- The compensation and bonus policies are bad - talented and hardworking people are underpaid and then they are also denied part of the bonus due to recent policy changes. 2-No new projects are coming as the AI model is flawed. I advise job seekers to avoid this company, avoid the heartbreak and look for a company that respects talented scientists and especially its founder. They have recently fired the founder CEO. 3-Most of the founding members have left the sinking boat for a reason. 4-Career progression and development is a major concern for many. Flawed model leading to discontent among many.

Not necessarily a con but you need to be prepared and be open to change if you work at Exscientia. It is rapidly scaling from a start-up to a fully fledged biotech and like any scaling company there are always growing pains!
