Pros

Great place to get experience as an intern or new college grad. Very relaxed work environment. Some nice people work here. Free lunch.

Cons

-Zero room for growth (outside of your workload, which will grow steadily as your salary remains constant) -New Management came in, did not take the time to learn about the business, customers and employees. Every thing they implemented was things they they tried at previous company, which had no context to the current business. This went all the way down to hiring an entire new leadership staff from previous company. -Core values are spoken of but immediately ignored. -Slowly shrinking business with no real plan of action to turn it around. Overall, unless you are a college grad or student looking for some entry level experience, I would absolutely avoid this place unless you are looking for a short term, dead-end job.

Pros

For my first few years out of college I had jobs that, while related to my degree, were at places that didn't allow for much development--they were just jobs. Coming to Experts Exchange I finally felt that I was not only putting my degree and experience to work, but was also learning and growing faster than I had in any previous situation. This company really cares about its employees, and wants the best out of them, so they encourage development. At Experts Exchange I not only feel like part of a team that's working together to accomplish something bigger, but also a valuable contributing member of that team.

Cons

Depending on your role and department, you might end up spending a lot of your time in meetings.
