- The interpersonal support from Clodagh Lambe whilst transitioning to permanent was exceptional. -The communication was excellent, professional and responsive. - Efficient with all team members. -The industry knowledge and understanding of the early years sector. -Advice on salary benchmarking. -Expect a star advocating for casual work and into permanency. -Follow through on discussions and negotiations with employer of choice. -Working intermittenly for expect a star as a casual allowed me to experience working many centres, people and children. -Allowed me to be flexible. -Allowed for work life balance.

-Being casual often left you without consistent work. -Required you to take shifts outside your comfort zone of travel choices and long travel distances. -Supporting centres and educators at a casual level at times was not appreciated by permanent teams, unless you were placed at a consistant centre, where permanent staff without experience could learn from you.

I have worked with Expect A Star on and off foe many years. Never really had any problems with them
