Expect-a-star interview questions

Group interview, where we discussed past experience. Went around in a circle. They asked low ball situational questions and explained basic rules that daycares follow. Simultaneous induction to the role.

Interview was organised and very straight forward. The interview was online no need to go face to face, they will make you choose the date that you want. During the interview they will orient you also on how to get shifts, what to expect etc
