They’ll close your ticket without ever contacting you and you’re left spending hours going in circles. This makes their onboarding VERY difficult for new employees who can’t find anything. Customer service roles are very very unhelpful. For example- credit card group sent the job aid in response to a question, I shared with them the exact areas where the job aid links were broken and incomplete and got no response. Compensation was lower than the market by a significant margin.
