      Pros

      The staff that was there was incredible. All of them were incredibly hard workers, and each very talented in their expertise.

      Cons

      The owner was erratic at best. She hires people for one job, and entirely changes expectations and assigned duties at the drop of a hat. After being hired I found out that there was an incredible amount of turnover, which began to make sense very quickly. The pay was embarrassingly low--especially considering the lack of benefits.

      Pros

      When I was at Executive Speaking, I truly felt like I was in a working environment where I was being listened to. If I wanted to try a new task, they would give me the opportunity to try it. I learned a variety of different skills during my time here, since each worker wore many different "hats" in the small office. The employees are incredibly kind, and were always available to lend a hand. Not only did I enjoy the people I worked with, but I knew that I could always count on them to help me on any projects I was confused working on. The CEO, Anett, was always willing to listen to any of my thoughts, and she really helped push me to be creative. Overall, my experience at Executive Speaking was very positive.

      Cons

      Some days can be hectic, but like I mentioned before, everybody in the office is willing to help when a lot needs to get done.

      Leadership can be explosive and contradictory. High turn over due to leadership.
