I have found the past several years of my career at Excel to be extremely rewarding, well beyond the previous company I worked for. Being part of an employee owned firm means working side by side and helping those around you. The team environment / culture is serious; if you aren't willing to be part of a team which aims to help everyone around them be successful as well - Excel may not be for you. I cannot imagine wanting to work anywhere else.
