No reasons to work here. Only if you want to work in SAP based company.
Cons
Unfortunately the baddest experience. Working conditions are very poor no air. Timingly managed AC. Only 2 hrs or 4 in total for day. Air cooler is off when you need it most, Suffocating. Washrooms are dirty. No cleanliness. No management at all. Every decision is taken by only one. HR people are there with no power. You may ask any small question regarding your job you have to wait atleast 1 or 2 months to get it to the management so called single person. They don't value employees and thier concern.
