This place isn’t as bad as people make it seem. Yes they do hire often and hire just about anybody but the different personalities they bring to the environment really make it a great place. Besides having to call 150-200 old recycles a day, leaving voicemails, etc this could potentially be a great fit if you have a passion for sales. They provide really good training and training continues once you’re placed with your manager. They only require you to get 3 sales out of those recycled which can be pure luck but it will come. This is to get you comfortable on the phone and understanding the whole sales process. Only reason I left is to pursue another passion of mine. I definitely miss working with the people there!
