Is not not very big, so if you are looking for creer ladder - not for every position Some of the processes are still in progress (not standardised perfectly)

Everyone in Exacaster is great - super collaborative, helpful, open and helping each other grow. Also, very focused on employee wellbeing. Company does a lot to build and maintain such culture and everyone truly lives by the values of Exacaster. Work is exciting and challenging at the same time, which allows you to grow every single day. There is a lot of ownership as well and expectations are high. I'm super proud to be working in such a great company!
