Before the interview, there was a practical exercise. To check SQL knowledge. Two interviews in total. The first part, get to know, job specificity, benefits, responsibilities. General questions. The second part - technical interview.

Interview
Interview process took a few weeks and consisted of following steps: - Interview with TA Partner - Homework assignment (to prepare Talent Acquisition and Employer Branding strategy for Exacaster) - 0.5 day Tryout, where I met the team, had a meeting with Head of People and presented my homework presentation to the team and we had an open discussion. It was really a great process and I've received news about the offer just a few days after the last process step.
