Avoid this cesspool - Anonymous employee Exabeam Employee Review

Attrition galore in Engineering which is similar to what happened in Product a few months ago. When you see this kind of attrition it's a no brainer to know that people don't leave jobs but they leave poor leadership and toxic environment. It's easy to attract people with fiction but very difficult to retain them once they figure things out and realize what the reality is. BTW, all the older positive reviews on Glassdoor have 2 words repeated and re-emphasized in almost every review - "Amazing" or "Awesome" and all 5 stars. Wonder why?
