Pros
you can probably get a decent salary given the mass attrition. You can also get a ton of experience dealing with angry clients. There are also a lot of broken and disjoint processes and systems you can fix.
Cons
This company was in transition last year with a new CEO. The new management team then arrived and continued to high five each other and claim they were very successful in a previous company which they successfully sold. It became obvious that was their intention at Evolve, layoffs began, clients suffered, costs were cut and a massive number of folks have left the company. Way more than anyone expected.
