Pros

To be free of that place and the long drive to work

Cons

Long hours without the pay for the full amount of time having worked. No such thing as teamwork as there is no respect for any staff member from senior members of staff and certain departments. Definitely not rewarding, feeling drained after each day. Always the same toxic atmosphere. I wouldn't let my son drive those cars, they are too dangerous.

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. We recognise that areas such as communication, leadership consistency, and progression have not always been where they should be. Feedback like this highlights where we need to improve, and we take that responsibility seriously. Over recent months, we have been reviewing how we lead, communicate, and support our teams, with a clear focus on improving transparency, development, and the day-to-day experience of our people. We are also currently reviewing how pay structures, working arrangements, and communication are managed to ensure greater clarity and transparency. As part of this work, we have strengthened our leadership team, including the appointment of a new Commercial Director to focus on standards, communication, training, and consistency across the business. While meaningful change takes time, we are committed to doing the work properly and to listening closely as we continue to improve.

Pros

Monday to Friday job. Sometimes they would be quite flexible with working

Cons

They would pay you minimum wage and add a bonus in top. You hardly ever got that bonus as they would fine you for things like, spelling a customers name incorrectly or their email address. Not sure how they got away with most things but they did. Stay away from the tinpot organisation
