Pros

There are some friendly faces who you will work with.

Cons

The MD only cares about profit and not his staff’s wellbeing. They will charge you a ‘training fee’ if you leave within a year (usually £500). You will be charged if you are ill or have attended work 1 min late. You are regularly bullied, verbally and physically abused. It not uncommon for the MD to be screaming in your face or pinned up against a wall (I wish this was a joke). You will be required to work on weekend events where you must be on site at appx 7AM and finish at 6:30. The pay structure is that everyone but the MD is on just slightly over minimum wage. Call centerm staff manipulate and bully customers to purchase ‘add-ons’ in order to make a commission.

Thank you for your honest feedback. We acknowledge that experiences of leadership and communication have not always met the standard we expect or that our teams deserve. Where people feel unheard or unsupported, that is something we must address. We are actively reviewing our leadership approach and management structures to improve clarity, accountability, and support at all levels of the business. As part of this review, we have strengthened our leadership team, including the appointment of a new Commercial Director with a specific focus on leadership standards, communication, and the experience of our teams. Cultural change is not instant, but we are committed to making meaningful and lasting improvements.

Feedback like this highlights where we need to improve, and we take that responsibility seriously. Over recent months, we have been reviewing how we lead, communicate, and support our teams, with a clear focus on improving transparency, development, and the day-to-day experience of our people. Pros

There aren’t any. Don’t be under the illusion that you will get anywhere near a supercar because you won’t. And free food as a benefit it’s never been heard of.

Cons

You are used and overloaded to the breaking point and the first mistake you make you are out. The management is great with you whilst they are take, take, take but as soon as that stops you go to the bottom of the line and lose any “benefits ie commission or bonus salary” you have been promised. Slave labour would be more enjoyable. The company has one of the highest turnovers of staff I’ve witnessed. They never want to spend money to put things right or improve the cars or working conditions, everything is just thrown or stuck together to mask the issues.
