Great experience; my growth hasn't gone unnoticed by the team, who are polite, professional, and energetic. The work environment allows me to express any concerns and receive a genuine understanding or solution in response. Remote roles allow a lot of flexibility, and the international team structure is also a great way to develop a global mindset.
Cons
While the team is supportive, it's still important to be clear and honest about the workload, because there are usually plenty of projects being carried out.
