Pros
- Work your butt off and actually have it rewarded in your commissions - Follow the processes they teach you and it'll work; promise - Great environment; young team of 300+ friendly folks spread across both coasts in 4 offices - Straddle the competitive-collaborative border - 2 month training program was an enormous help - Run your desk the way you want to; after the class is over you'll be pretty free to run things the way you'd like.
Cons
- Not an easy job. You'll work harder than you think, especially in the beginning - Not a place for people with weak constitutions. This is a sales job and you need to be able to bounce back
