Thank you for your input! Our talented, mission-driven team is truly one of a kind: culture and community are at the heart of what we do at Everbridge. As many of us are working from home right now, it is especially important to stay connected. Right now, we are finding creative ways to virtually connect: we rolled out the Donut app which sets up random virtual coffee meet-ups between Bridgers; dedicated Slack channels to share ideas and resources for working remotely in our new home offices, continuing in-office traditions by turning ""Tasty Tuesday"" (our weekly catered lunch when we were in the office) into cooking classes hosted by fellow Bridgers via Zoom!
On top of the fun, we've transitioned our entire new hire onboarding program into a best-in-class virtual experience and nearly 200 new Bridgers have participated just since the program launched in May. Additionally, we're building our employee resource groups to ensure we are fostering a diverse, inclusive workplace. Our BridgeOut team, Everbridge’s LGBT Straight Alliance, has been especially active in June raising awareness through panel discussions and sharing the history of Pride month, and celebrating with a global virtual BridgeOut Mixer and a video contest to encapsulates what Pride means to our team.
Though we can’t be together in person right now, our team continues to showcase the Everbridge spirit from home. If you have any ideas for staying connected, we would love to hear them. Please reach out to your People Business Partner for more information.
