Pros
- Coworkers are very kind. - Very relaxed dress code. - Ability to listen to music/podcasts while working. - Learning about analog AV formats and equipment to digitize them. - Product Delivery is not public-facing work, which could be a pro or a con depending on the person. - Work starts and ends in the building for non-salaried employees. It’s easy to maintain a decent work-life balance because you won’t get bothered about work stuff on days off.
Cons
- Pay is barely livable for MA. - HR is outsourced and not on-site as often as they claim. Responses can take over a week which is frustrating when there is a time sensitive matter. - Some people might find the standards intimidating. Employee performance and efficiency is tracked on a daily basis, and you will get in trouble if you’re too slow or many too many mistakes. - The turnover is extremely high due to a number of factors, including the high performance standards, no incentives, and distrust between entry-level staff and middle management.
