I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at EverPresent (Newton, MA) in Sep 2024
Interview
Was emailed being asked if I’m okay with the job rate before the interview. No negotiations on the rate. You have to accept the rate to get the interview but the interview is where you find out about the job so poor form to ask this so upfront.
Never got a response about the job. They have since posted the job multiple times since my interview so clearly they’re not doing well.
There was mix of hands-on exercises and traditional question and answer stages. You need to know how to use a computer. All of the people I met were very polite and professional.
I applied online. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at EverPresent (Newton, MA) in May 2017
Interview
There was a 15 minute phone interview that was pleasant enough. Not too involved. Just making sure that I was serious and understood the job. The in-person interview two days later was two parts. One part was making sure I knew my way around a computer, and the other was a more traditional interview, and I got to meet a few of the folks I'd be working for. I appreciated that they make quick decisions. I got a phone call with a job offer just a couple of hours after I left.
