      good technology in various analyst divisions, great experience for graduates to start with, good exposure

      politics in various division, not paying well, sometimes, working load can be massive, candidates need to keep up with the pace

      I have spent time thinking about this. There isn’t a single Pro.

      Cons

      This is not an organization that supports or enables its employees. Management are completely hands off, no support provided, check ins are non existent, performance reviews aren’t even a thing here. The only reason people are still with this company is because the market is so bad.
