      Work life balance Smart coworkers On-sites are fun Interesting work sometimes

      Cons

      Management, particularly the ET. Performance reviews and promotion are political to a pretty astonishing degree. The tech bro environment. The culture has been noticeably deteriorating since the RIF at the end of 2023, and the focus seems to be on growth and AI more than keeping commerce human in an extremely difficult time.

      cool culture flexible work arrangements, decent pay, cool work.

      Cons

      outsourcing everything they can, selling all they can for parts, its a sinking ship of a company. keep in mind that they spend more on labor in Mexico city than in USA! What a sham! should be taken off US Stock exchange for that! Loosing users at a steady rate year of year. I'd avoid. no growth opportunity. Not brand vision.
