      Highly energetic, passionate, and intelligent co-workers Strong cooperative spirit across the global organization Executive leadership is extremely engaged with our people and culture (it's not uncommon to see them scooping ice cream at a company social, volunteering at a Heart Walk or attending a interns event at a local baseball game) Cross-department collaboration is strong (there is a general love of celebrating the team win) People are committed to their work and high standards of excellence

      Cons

      Super fast pace of work (hey, it's not for everyone!) Lots of projects going on at the same time and vying for attention Constant growth mode = constant change (sometimes we have to build the plane while it's flying) Lots of M&A activity

With two major acquisitions in 2015 in addition to hitting our 52nd consecutive quarter of top-line growth in the fourth quarter of last year, we are indeed in a period of both high growth and constant change.       Great people in various internal roles.

      CRO and Senior leadership failed with execution of their CS REORGANIZATION! They laid off exceptional and tenured talent who were either not replaced or new job requisitions filled with external candidates. Upon making internal employees aware of layoffs, they did so in such a callous manner with complete disregard for humanity. It was literally appalling and disgusting! The ‘Magic of Equinix’ (I belong. I matter. I feel safe.) is no longer present and hasn’t been for over two years. No work life balance. Everyone is just a number so why be an over achiever in such an awful space. Morale is lower than ever!
