Pros
Working for one of the worlds largest data center companies is a nice boost to your resume, you will get exposed to a lot and work with many smart people. There is plenty of work and pay and benefits package is decent. Stock is solid and ESPP is nice.
Cons
Leadership will preach work/life balance but in reality they will work you to the bone and make you feel guilty stepping away for any length of time. Unless you are part of the good ol' boys club, you can expect to be micromanaged instead of empowered, chastised in front of peers even though the company values say everyone should be treated with respect, and you can expect no support for career advancement training or being able to attend industry events. Leadership is bad - really bad, unless you happen to be related to someone high up (yes nepotism exists) or served in the US military. They will push their work down to you and then after it's done, try to claim it as their own so you don't get the chance to shine. Also, forget about getting any praises for a job well done, constructive feedback or annual reviews, you will just get sent an email if you didn't do something so they can use it against you later.
