      Culture and Environment were the best I've ever experienced.

      Management was supportive, my last 6 months have not been very easy/pleasant.

      Company is strong financially. No chance of layoff. Many opportunities to work overtime if you want extra hours.

      Cons

      Very busy, they need to hire more people.
