Literally no pros unless you use equinix as a stop gap, you cannot have a career here unless you are family or friends
Cons
Management doesn't even know how to teach techs how to do thier jobs. Management favors few and gives them better bonuses and raises. You will be micromanaged. Reviews are few and far between. Pay is not equal. No shout outs for accomplishments.
