      Honestly, the people here are what make this company. Every person here is just amazing - and that includes the C-levels.

      Cons

      Very top-heavy - the company seems to hire lots of managers, Directors, VPs...and not enough folks to work for them.

      Company is strong financially. No chance of layoff. Many opportunities to work overtime if you want extra hours.

      Very busy, they need to hire more people.
