Pros
* Learning something new on a daily basis. Equinix never stop thriving and step forward every time, and it makes me to study more and more to keep up my knowledge base and sharpen my ideas. This is totally a good influence for myself. * Being a part of Family-like community ; Awesome people and culture. Despite not being around each other physically, my team is close-knit like family. Especially, by managing operation 24/7 as one team, helping each other out day by day is making our bond stronger.
Cons
* Insufficient Internal resources. * Internal notification / advisories are a bit late to digest sometimes. It would be so great to improve training program as well. We still need a lot more resource to understand our company - especially for new hire.
