Pros
Community Communication Growth Focus Career Progression Equinix is overall a great place to work. As mentioned above there is a huge level of Career progression IF you put your back into it and make yourself noticed. Unlike my previous positions where you get bored after while, i have not even come close to reaching that point in Equinix after 9 and half years. Great Teams, Great People, would always recommend a great place to work.
Cons
Every Company has their individual Cons like any company. It is down to personal Preference and who you are working with. I cannot pin point to a specific con where it would impact an issue to work with Equinix. One Con which is always a big one for me which is Communication. This Cons is in my pros list but some teams or individuals may not be up to par BUT it is always improving. Little nudge and you get what you need ;)
