      Pros

      Excellent bonus plan! Work/ life flexibility, highly inspirational environment that motivates you to be your best. Company pays your select charities for hours spent volunteering outside of work. Highly collaborative and positive culture.

      Cons

      Benefits should be more competitive. Even though parental leave is enhancing in 2018, it still is not competitive enough to attract top notch millennial talent from companies like Facebook, Amazon, Netflix and Google that offer 100% paid parental leave for at least 4 months. Need better cafeteria option in HQ. The food is not that great for the price.

      Pros

      Company is strong financially. No chance of layoff. Many opportunities to work overtime if you want extra hours.

      Cons

      Very busy, they need to hire more people.

      Great people in various internal roles.

      Cons

      CRO and Senior leadership failed with execution of their CS REORGANIZATION! They laid off exceptional and tenured talent who were either not replaced or new job requisitions filled with external candidates. Upon making internal employees aware of layoffs, they did so in such a callous manner with complete disregard for humanity. It was literally appalling and disgusting! The ‘Magic of Equinix’ (I belong. I matter. I feel safe.) is no longer present and hasn’t been for over two years. No work life balance. Everyone is just a number so why be an over achiever in such an awful space. Morale is lower than ever!
