      New senior management, company is undergoing internal changes to grow the business, putting pressure on previous culture. But change is always good I guess

      The reviews citing toxic behavior are accurate. Titles protect position. Fear has become normalized. Leadership within the CRO organization is highly politicized, unhealthy and unsafe.
