      Office is spacious, pantry is full of food

      Ever since the change of CEO, the magic of equinix is gone. Right now, it's on a quarterly layoff in a hush hush manner but keep hiring the top management. Super fat leadership teams with svp, vp, senior directors in certain organizations. Ironically, it is also the organization with the most layoff

      Company is strong financially. No chance of layoff. Many opportunities to work overtime if you want extra hours.
