The commissions were decent, and that was the only reason I joined. However, I soon realized it was a mistake

Earlier, it used to be a decent place to work, but things have changed horribly in the last few years. The owner is to blame because employees get frustrated when they are not getting paid the commissions they had earned after putting in brutal, exhausting, and stressful hours. It was one of the frustrated employees and am stil chasing them.
