Too much chaos and turnover to make change - Anonymous employee Equality Michigan Employee Review

So much turnover and lack of a cohesive vision from the Board and leadership to affect any meaningful change. The white-centric focus on changing legislation that is symbolic at best, focus on mainstreaming the movement, and the reliance on the criminal justice system to handle violence in LGBTQ communities sucked resources from the community ineffectively and unnecessarily.
