Pros
I came to Epicor after the company I worked for was acquired in Q4 of 2010. The transition was, on whole, successful for them but not without its growing pains.
Cons
Slow and disorganized. As often as Epicor was buying companies, I expected there the be some program in place to help acquired employees integrate into a new culture and reporting structure. The best they could do was send other people who worked came to Epicor via acquisition to say "well, that's how I got here and it's cool." I was continually frustrated with the executive who managed my group (a multi-functional department attached loosely to both software development and services) because meetings were less about doing our jobs better and more about going over the group's org chart.
