Pros
- Good staff with clear expectations - Plenty of room for advancement (wtih exceptions, see cons) - Employee recognition and department wide events held regularly to help increase moral - Good job if you're trying to break into B2B sales
Cons
- Pay for people starting out with no experience in B2B is lower than industry standard - If you don't hold some kind of degree, its almost impossible to break into the higher sales or management positions. - It's cold-calling for software sales and still unfamiliar to a lot of businesses. (Epicor does not spend as much money on advertising compared to big name competitors like SAP or Oracle and depends mostly on word of mouth and business development department) - No benefits at entry level
