Pros

-Building is nice, you sit in a cubicle but there is a nice view and lots of windows -People are nice and relaxed -Management is not hard on call center employees to meet goals, they try to make it fun, use contests -Ability to move up -They reward those who have real drive and talent. If you are motivated you won't stay in the call center for very long. It is a good place to launch a career from.

Cons

-The other call center employees: a wide variety of people and not all of them savory -because of the relaxed attitude you see a some people talk it up all day and do minimal work, without (seemingly) getting into trouble about it. you can feel satisfied that they probably won't go far in life -the work can be monotonous, but if you ask for special projects or volunteer yourself, you can get more varied work and that makes it more interesting.

Pros

It’s been a really positive experience working at Epicor. I’ve had the chance to work on meaningful roles, partner closely with great teams, and continue learning along the way. The people here make a big difference—there’s a strong sense of collaboration, and it feels like everyone is working toward the same goals. Overall, it’s been a place where I’ve been able to grow and actually enjoy the day-to-day.

Cons

Like any company in a growth stage, things can move quickly at times, which can come with its challenges—but this is something Leadership is aware of and being cautious about.

Pros

- Supportive teammates - Powerful technology - Excellent growth opportunities - Vertical and Horizontal career advancement opportunities if you are curious, proactive, motivated, and genuinely passionate about the brand, teams, and the work we are doing

Cons

- It is easy to fade into the background if you don't have a center-stage role, you need to step up to make yourself visible; otherwise, you're at risk of career and reward stagnation - Like most companies, cost and timing are major contributing factors when deciding on the tools leadership make generally available to individual contributors - you're bound to be disappointed if you expect to have the latest and greatest of everything without first providing a value proposition to a senior leader. Be ready to invest personal time building use cases and gathering data to make strong cases for solutions you think will add value to your team and have a positive impact on the organizational strategy
