Pros

there was a time this was a company was a family. to see a company that has the tenure as much as we have is almost unheard of. most companies you see big wigs have been around for years but quick turn over every where else. here it is across the board including the previous CEO when he was let go we KNEW something was going to change and it did. everything went a different direction including lay offs to everyone who has been here what felt like forever. the previous CEO had the company in it's best interest but also made sure employees were also in his best interest. we were taken care of. colleagues staying here as long as we have which should tell you there was a time this was a great and happy place to work. this is a great company when we were CCI Triad, Triad, Activant and the Epicor UNTIL major recent changes took place. the people liked it hear enough to stay. all that has change - how you ask? well read the con below

Cons

tossing away years and years of experience to save money - but at the expense of all the knowledge that is going to be gone once these great folks walk out the door AND our customers who will suffer through all of these changes.

Pros

It’s been a really positive experience working at Epicor. I’ve had the chance to work on meaningful roles, partner closely with great teams, and continue learning along the way. The people here make a big difference—there’s a strong sense of collaboration, and it feels like everyone is working toward the same goals. Overall, it’s been a place where I’ve been able to grow and actually enjoy the day-to-day.

Cons

Like any company in a growth stage, things can move quickly at times, which can come with its challenges—but this is something Leadership is aware of and being cautious about.

Pros

- Supportive teammates - Powerful technology - Excellent growth opportunities - Vertical and Horizontal career advancement opportunities if you are curious, proactive, motivated, and genuinely passionate about the brand, teams, and the work we are doing

Cons

- It is easy to fade into the background if you don't have a center-stage role, you need to step up to make yourself visible; otherwise, you're at risk of career and reward stagnation - Like most companies, cost and timing are major contributing factors when deciding on the tools leadership make generally available to individual contributors - you're bound to be disappointed if you expect to have the latest and greatest of everything without first providing a value proposition to a senior leader. Be ready to invest personal time building use cases and gathering data to make strong cases for solutions you think will add value to your team and have a positive impact on the organizational strategy
