Pros

At first it seems like a great job, they appear to be very transparent in the interview and do a good job getting you to believe it.

Cons

Now the truth... Marketing is AWFUL at this company. You get very few leads like they promise you, most of it is COLD CALLING. THEY LIE ABOUT THE COMMISSION STRUCTURE. They show you a break down in the interview of commission and it ends up being WAY LESS than what they show you. Depending on if you are Distribution or Retail your experience with management will vary. The two teams sit by there. Expect to be micromanaged to the max, its annoying. They try to tell you that you will make $60,000 at the job which seems believable. ITS NOT. You'll be lucky to hit $40,000. One of the managers will say "I guarantee you that the person who wrote this review wasn't hitting their number because they weren't making the calls. Happens all the time, all you have to do is make the calls." The bottom line is there are WAY TO MANY BDR's that work there and not enough to go around. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME AT THIS PLACE. I'm glad I got out and am on to better things. I was there for a while and management always promised things like getting promoted if you hit your numbers and I can tell you they will not follow through.

Pros

It’s been a really positive experience working at Epicor. I’ve had the chance to work on meaningful roles, partner closely with great teams, and continue learning along the way. The people here make a big difference—there’s a strong sense of collaboration, and it feels like everyone is working toward the same goals. Overall, it’s been a place where I’ve been able to grow and actually enjoy the day-to-day.

Cons

Like any company in a growth stage, things can move quickly at times, which can come with its challenges—but this is something Leadership is aware of and being cautious about.
