      Pros

      I have been working here for 4 months and I still pinch myself sometimes to see if this is real. I have never worked for such a wonderful company that treats each employee like family. So much to learn here. Good part is new techniques are implemented here. This company continues to amaze me every day. Work is FUN, so it doesn't really feel like work. Management encourages an even work/life balance.

      None to mention. Happy to be a part of EPHESOFT family.

      Pros

      Great salary, great benefits, great people. If you ever get a change to work for any of the management from Ephesoft, I highly recommend.

      Cons

      Owner was much more self centered than he let on in the beginning. When he sold the business, the employees got screwed out of their stock options.
