Pros

Great co-workers Good work-life balance

Cons

Very high staff turnover Past employees were often spoken about negatively High degree of micromanaging Volatile environment Routinely, the CEO would single out a staff member to go for a walk. Once away from the office, the staff member would be bullied, intimidated and/or insulted. This regularly occurred just before the staff member had a product demonstration or other important client presentation. Weak leadership

Pros

Updating to provide additional context and more details: I am still fairly new to Envisio - however I have some initial thoughts that I feel are important to share with anyone considering this company as an employer. Throughout the recruitment process, I heard from several people that company culture is a top priority. To be honest, I definitely expected that to be more or less lip service. Every company I work for has said culture is priority, it very seldom actually is. Envisio definitely does put company culture at the top of the priority list. I would prefer to keep my review limited to the actual working environment, and not the software functionality. That said, I must compliment the company on actually developing the solution. After years with SaaS companies, it is nice to work somewhere with a roadmap, development plans, and actual success when it comes to new features and updates. During the recruiting process, one of the exec leadership team members told me that they would be looking for people to bring their experience and expertise to the role. This is a smaller company, with big goals - however, they also recognize they dont have ALL of the answers. Again, something I would have expected to be lip service - however, I am not one to bite my tongue in any capacity, so I often chime in with my thoughts and feedback. At no point have I been made to feel like my suggestions are unwelcome, or put me in danger of losing my position. I have already impacted some processes internally, providing positive change that will (hopefully) benefit the company and sales team. As of this posting, the sales team is a powerhouse. Each member brings something different to the table. The team is not competitive or slimy - there is a mentality of when one wins, we all win. I have goals for myself, but I also have goals for my teammates, and our team as a whole. I do not desire to be the only winner, I want us all to win. I genuinely feel that is reflected in the people I work alongside. The rest of the organization is equally as powerful. The marketing team is like none I have worked with in the past. The implementation/coach team is filled with true industry experts who work to ensure the best possible experience for clients. While this may not immediately stand out as something that impacts my work experience, it does. Circling back to selling with integrity, I need to know that I am handing my clients over to the same level of care that I provided through the sales cycle - in previous roles, that is what motivated me to look elsewhere. I have zero concern when it comes to this team. They are fiercely protective of the agencies they work with.

Cons

Any cons of working with Envisio are minimal. The company is in a growth period, and people are busy. I love that I am busy and the days fly by - my challenge here is that sometimes, I am feeling social and my teammates are seldom available to banter at the same times I am. If this is the worst of the cons, I hope I have effectively demonstrated how solid the company is. I also am not a fan of Google Suite for work related functions - gmail, google meet, drive.
