Pros

Flexibility Schedule Self Managing Hour

Cons

Was promoted and promised a $1 raise. They didn't implemented the raise until I mentioned it being missing 3 months later. Was told they would get back to me on the 3 months of back pay. Well after 8 months of is never being back paid, I quit. 8 months of no reply from HR about it, but they sure were quick about asking for all their badges and keys back. They had buildings get that would remodeled, but they refused to have the budget reworked. So more tasks would get added, but they wouldn't add additional cleaning time for it. Constant budget cuts to supplies, but promised high expectations to clients. They need "warm bodies" so bad, that they wont fire bad cleaners and expect others to over compensate for it.

Pros

Pros: Not a lot until they begin to micromanage you because of false claims while ALSO not informing you about what you are doing wrong on the job.

Cons

Cons: -Thrives on RACIAL PROFILING to blame employees when management falls short on informing their employees immediately on what tasks the building requests to be completed. -Does not accommodate workers who have real life problems outside of work. (I went deaf on the job for two months while I was also in college, then stopped going because I needed to pay rent. ) -Micro manages employees when the building receives complaints, and begins to “nit pick” what you’re doing based on if you LOOK like you’re doing your job. Not if there is any evidence, even pictures of you actually doing it. -fails to put proper cleaning equipment in buildings that need it, then they blame YOU. - Treats white employees better, even if you work just as hard or harder than them. -They will recommend you to eat in the janitors closet if you need to eat and they feel like you don’t “look” like you’re working hard enough
