Pros

Minimal hours if you are looking for part time.

Cons

Low pay. They promise a raise after a short few month probation period but the raise will never come they will write you up no matter what to get out of giving a raise. Managers usually spy on you from their car while they smoke. They are supposed to do weekly inspections with pictures but 9/10 they just reuse old pictures and you don't see your manager for weeks even though you need supplies. HR never acknowledges vacation requests or even check their emails regularly. You have to call in sick for any hopes to get a day off. Overall very mediocre management staff and not a great working experience at all. Annoying glitchy app for clocking in that rarely works.

Pros

Pros: Not a lot until they begin to micromanage you because of false claims while ALSO not informing you about what you are doing wrong on the job.

Cons

Cons: -Thrives on RACIAL PROFILING to blame employees when management falls short on informing their employees immediately on what tasks the building requests to be completed. -Does not accommodate workers who have real life problems outside of work. (I went deaf on the job for two months while I was also in college, then stopped going because I needed to pay rent. ) -Micro manages employees when the building receives complaints, and begins to “nit pick” what you’re doing based on if you LOOK like you’re doing your job. Not if there is any evidence, even pictures of you actually doing it. -fails to put proper cleaning equipment in buildings that need it, then they blame YOU. - Treats white employees better, even if you work just as hard or harder than them. -They will recommend you to eat in the janitors closet if you need to eat and they feel like you don’t “look” like you’re working hard enough
