Company Suffers from an Inept and Scared Management - Director Entrust Energy Employee Review

Sr. Leadership is self centered and can't take responsibility for the company. Issues are always "someone else's fault". If you try to address an issue, you are blamed for the issue. There is a reason that this company has had a 100% turnover of it's mid-management, has been stagnant in growth of the core business, and yet the entire Executive Team is still in tact.
