Entrust Energy interview questions

Terrible. I interviewed twice and when asked for a update on the recruiting process I was told they went with another candidate. Two days later I received a phone call from the Hiring Manager saying I did get the job.. Clearly the company is bad at communicating and found out they had told the wrong person (me) that they got the job. The worst part was the hiring manager didnt have the decency to tell me they made a mistake and ghosted me after she sent gave me the offer. My recommendation is not to apply here because the company looks out of sort.

They only hire through staffing agencies so you would first do the interview with the agency, they would then schedule you the actual interview with the company. In the company interview, you will be interviewed by 1-2 people, it will be 1 person if the interviewer is bilingual and 2 if they are not so that they can test if you speak Spanish. The interview is fairly quick depending on how many people are being interviewed.
