Pros

This organization puts a huge emphasis on growth. An even larger emphasis on learning. And even larger still on our values. The result is a company where there are struggles, but greater triumphs; difficult weeks, but massive wins; a certain level of volatility, but absolute investment in progress and discovery. I enjoy coming to work every day, and know that while I most likely won't be at Entelo forever, this place is home for now and the foreseeable future.

Cons

Entelo is a startup – and with being one comes the standard pitfalls of a young company forging its path. Promotions aren't guaranteed, but truly earned. Opportunity comes to those that seek it, and they aren't guaranteed for everyone. Also not as 'luxurious' as some other startups – so if you're looking for an in-house masseuse and onsite dry cleaning, you might be disappointed.

Thanks for this comment. I think it hits the mark on a lot of fronts. I love that we have such a growth-oriented mindset at Entelo. The notion that we simply can't be who we are a year from now and still be successful is very powerful. It forces everyone from the most junior team member to the most senior team member to continually raise their game.
